The Role

As a Marketing Manager, Oceania, you will lead the execution of global marketing strategies for the region, ensuring campaigns land with local insight and cultural relevance.

  • Localise and execute global campaigns for Australia and New Zealand (Oceania)
  • Deliver effective and locally relevant campaigns that support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and conversion in Oceania
  • Lead multi-channel campaign rollouts across paid, owned, and earned media
  • Collaborate with media, trade, and promotional partners to enhance reach and impact
  • Monitor and report on regional campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI
  • Support regional activations, events, and incentives
  • Be recognised as the go-to expert for marketing implementation in the Oceania market

Success Metrics

  • Regional Campaign Revenue: Growth in bookings and ancillary revenue per passenger
  • Regional Frequency: Reach, frequency, and engagement across target markets
  • ROI: Campaign performance vs spend
  • Execution: Timely, seamless rollout of campaign activity

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing or campaign management, ideally within travel, tourism, or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand travel consumer landscape
  • Proven success in running integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience working within global or matrixed organisations
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
