About Digital Marketing Expert

We are seeking an expert who can bring to life engaging brand experiences for clients across the entertainment, ventures, and travel sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for key client channels.
  • Analyse customer touchpoints and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Loyalty & Lifecycle Marketing Strategies
  • Create lifecycle marketing plans to attract new customers, increase engagement, and boost retention rates.
  • Strategically grow customer loyalty in various tiers to drive repeat sales and enhance average lifetime value.
Campaign Execution & Management
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns using Braze platform.
  • Design and map customer journeys and automation flows to drive conversions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track, report, analyse, and optimise campaign performance based on KPIs such as revenue and return on investment.
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Braze platform and ability to design effective customer journeys.
