About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our Customer Engagement division as the Head of Marketing Operations and Delivery. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in articulating who we are as a brand and why customers should choose and stay with us.

The newly created Head of Marketing Operations and Delivery role holds a critical mandate to drive the successful execution of Marketing's most strategic initiatives. You'll be responsible for ensuring that these initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of excellence.

This role requires a seasoned leader who can take ownership of the entire delivery lifecycle. From planning and prioritisation, change management, financial and resource management through to delivery efficiency, governance and process effectiveness, you'll oversee every aspect of our marketing operations.

As the Head of Marketing Operations and Delivery, you'll align resources and capabilities with organisational priorities. You'll manage complex change initiatives and ensure robust governance across all programs to guarantee continuous improvement.

You'll provide both program and project management to internal and cross-functional initiatives. Additionally, you'll be accountable for BAU delivery excellence across the function.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic planning and prioritisation to align programs with organisational goals
  • Lead change management and communication strategies to ensure smooth program execution
  • Champion delivery excellence and implement continuous improvement practices
  • Oversee financial management for BAU operations and investment initiatives
  • Manage resources to align talent and capabilities with critical priorities
  • Establish and enforce governance standards across all programs and projects
  • Oversee demand management and optimise capacity for successful delivery outcomes
  • Coordinate work sequencing across teams to ensure synchronised execution
  • Maintain consistent delivery cadence and rhythm for project and BAU activities
  • Manage supplier contracts to optimise cost efficiency and quality
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring extensive experience in leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with a strategic vision aligned to organisational goals.

You'll have deep expertise in change management and executing communication strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment.

Strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement practices is also essential.

A strong understanding of financial management, optimising costs, and delivering maximum value will help you succeed in this role.

Experience in leading PMO functions and establishing governance standards is highly desirable.
