The Opportunity

As Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll be part of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with our Executive, Clients & Markets, Capability leaders, and amazing people. Your mission is to bring our brand to life, boost our market presence, and keep our clients engaged and enthusiastic about partnering with us.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with pitt&sherry's strategic objectives.
  • Ensure consistent communication of pitt&sherry's strategic vision and operating principles across all channels, maintaining and promoting brand integrity.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, advertising, and creative projects.
  • Manage creative services, design direction, and brand digital assets across external design, print, and web agency relationships.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients, partners, and intermediaries to drive an increase in client appreciation drivers, supported through a client appreciation program.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing, communications, and bids and pursuits team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities, making data-driven adjustments when needed.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
