Digital Marketing and Communications Leader - Sussan Corporation Pty Ltd.

Sussan Corporation Pty Ltd is a leading Australian fashion retailer, committed to creating a supportive and nurturing workplace that puts women and their needs first.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Communications Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end digital marketing program and communications for the Sussan brand.

This involves successful implementation of digital channels including paid & organic social, display, affiliates, PR and influencer programs and optimising our campaigns for growth in revenue, traffic and customer engagement.

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brief designers on any assets required for digital channels
  • Maintain the creative and brand messaging that appears across digital channels and customer journeys
  • Monitor and provide weekly results on ad campaigns and digital channel performance
  • Build and implement roadmap for continuous optimisation
  • Develop brand and channel appropriate content for all social media sites to grow followers
  • Manage strategic PR opportunities with PR agency and develop key relationships
  • Work closely with PR agency on any events including all communications, delivery of product samples
  • Manage the content for paid online media campaigns together with Marketing Manager
  • Work with digital agencies to deliver online media campaign assets
  • Work closely with and lead PR/Social Coordinator
  • Build effective internal and external relationships
Requirements
  • Marketing/Digital Tertiary qualifications or similar
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in social media, digital design and video content
  • Experience using Google Analytics (or a similar website analytics program)
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, digital marketing team or digital agency
  • Previous experience within fashion, eCommerce or retail brand highly desirable
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high performing environment
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
