Job Opportunity: Regional ManagerJob Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our Occupational Therapy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a group of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
  • Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required.
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and providing feedback.
  • Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training.
  • Developing well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful strategies and interventions.
  • Driving growth and market share in the region.
Requirements:
  1. An Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration (or the ability to become registered).
  2. A car and license.
  3. A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
  4. Clinical experience, preferably within the NDIS or similar.
  5. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
  6. Current management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting.
