Dynamics 365 Technical Support Position

As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert technical support to IT professionals, resolving complex problems with broad product knowledge or in-depth specialties. This role involves working with leading-edge companies and firms, leveraging your skills to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other companies.
- Manage crisis situations involving technically challenging issues and diverse audiences.
- Own and resolve mission-critical customer issues.
- Be responsive to customer needs, which may require outside normal business hours or on-call rotation.
- Stay up-to-date on leading technologies and certifications, contributing to product improvement and participating in pre-release activities.
- Develop and deliver training to share knowledge with other engineers.
- Australian Citizenship Working Rights.
- Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Product Suite, including Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Insight - Journey, Power Page.
- Support / technical experience.
- Familiarity with CRM.
- Experience with coding languages (programming and understanding).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
