About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at TwoScots Recruitment. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP ECP (Success Factors) in the Australian and New Zealand payroll space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project team in implementing SAP ECP (Success Factors) and ensuring a smooth transition from the old system to the new system.
  • Perform parallel runs and testing alongside the project team to ensure accurate data transfer and system integration.
  • Identify process gaps and implement new processes for new starters, changes, and maintenance with the payroll team and HR.
  • Train and support the payroll team with changes to the new system and processes.
  • Ensure a seamless line of communication between the project team and payroll team on the project.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECP (Success Factors) is essential.
  • Experience in New Zealand payroll is highly desired.
  • Strong experience in new system integration, testing, and parallel runs.
  • Experience in a similar project capacity is highly desired.
  • Experience in training new system changes and processes.
  • Understanding and experience in end-to-end payroll, including complex EBA's and legislative requirements.
  • Strong rapport building in both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders.
