Job Title: Control Assurance Specialist

This role involves supporting the design and implementation of automated controls to enhance risk and compliance outcomes.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective automated control solutions.
  • Ensuring the continuous assurance model is designed, developed, and embedded within the organization.
  • Conducting and managing Control Assurance Program (CAP) testing, including test script development and assurance findings reporting.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Testing Automated/Application controls or IT General Controls with a background in operational risk management and knowledge of areas such as Continuous Control Testing, Benchmarking, and advanced analytical testing procedures.
  • Experience using SQL and ability to think critically and analytically to solve problems and achieve risk and assurance outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of software development lifecycle and implementation testing.
  • Influencing and consulting skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze and identify risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Leadership capability to drive a positive, professional, and engaging team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desirable: Advanced data analytics and programming skills.
