Compliance Officer

This is a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates within regulatory standards. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for updating company documents, developing and maintaining policies, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying and reporting enterprise risk management, and overseeing compliance training.

Responsibilities:
  • Update company documents to align with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with distributors, authorized representatives, and other third parties to ensure compliance.
  • Identify and report on enterprise risk management to senior management.
  • Assist legal providers in submitting documents to regulators.
  • Oversee the education of the compliance framework for all staff members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Compliance role, excellent IT skills, and knowledge of systems used in the industry.
