Job Overview

The team responsible for evidence management and analysis provides assistance to regulatory bodies in reviewing and presenting evidence in courts and other forums.

The Role

This position involves working closely with investigation teams to implement established strategies for evidence review, ensuring the appropriate use of technology and advanced analytics. The successful candidate will provide guidance to investigation teams on best practices for evidence management and analysis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing criminal briefs and disclosure documents using software such as Nuix Discover, in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Providing training and support to investigation teams in the effective use of evidence management systems.
  • Maintaining and administering evidence management systems according to established rules and procedures.
  • Contributing to national Evidence Services Consulting teams by discussing emerging issues and potential solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management, along with technical expertise and specialist skills to assist in achieving impactful outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations, responding to complex enquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present complex information to different audiences.

Experience in using litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, Access Data, Relativity, or similar is highly desirable.
