Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team as a specialist in evidence management and analysis.

The Team

The Evidence Services team provides support in collecting, managing and analyzing data using various databases and litigation tools to assist regulatory teams in reviewing and presenting evidence in courts and other bodies.

The Role

As an expert in evidence management and analysis, you will work closely with investigation teams to implement established strategies for reviewing and analyzing evidence, ensuring the appropriate use of technology and advanced analytics. You will provide advice on best practices for evidence management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evidence Preparation: Prepare criminal briefs and disclosure, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and provide support to investigation teams in the effective use of evidence management systems.
  • Evidence Management: Maintain and administer evidence management systems according to established rules and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings of the national Evidence Services Consulting teams by discussing emerging, unusual or interesting problems and ideas for potential solutions.
About You

You will have demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery and evidence management in a professional services firm, law firm or enforcement agency, and the technical expertise to support us in achieving impactful outcomes.

Requirements
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholder and service delivery expectations, responding to complex enquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present complex information to different audiences.

A high level of proficiency in the use of litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, Access Data, Relativity or similar is highly desirable.
