Are you a strategic professional with experience in consulting, eDiscovery and evidence management?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Evidence Services Consulting Analyst.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with investigation teams to implement established evidence review strategies. You will ensure the appropriate use of technology and advanced analytics, providing advice to investigation teams on established evidence management and evidence analysis practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of criminal briefs and disclosure, civil discovery and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
  • Delivery of training and support to investigation teams in the effective use of ASIC's evidence management systems.
  • Maintenance and administration of ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.

About You

We seek a candidate with demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery and evidence management. Your technical expertise and specialist skills will assist us in achieving impactful outcomes.

You will demonstrate experience and skills at managing stakeholder and service delivery expectations, responding to complex enquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to present complex information to different audiences are essential.

Experience in the use of litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, EDT, AccessData, Relativity or similar is highly desirable.

To be successful, you need to be an Australian citizen and be prepared to complete an ASIC Suitability and Baseline Assessment.
