Job Summary

The Evidence Services team is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing evidence using various databases and litigation support tools to assist regulatory teams in reviewing and presenting evidence in courts and other bodies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • We prepare criminal briefs, civil discovery, and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover, adhering to established guidelines and practice notes.
  • We deliver training and provide support to investigation teams on the effective use of evidence management systems.
  • We maintain and administer evidence management systems according to established rules and procedures.
  • We participate in national consulting teams to discuss emerging issues and potential solutions.

Requirements:
  • We require demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management in a professional services firm or law enforcement agency.
  • We need technical expertise to assist in achieving impactful outcomes.
  • We must be able to manage stakeholder expectations and respond to complex enquiries.
  • We have strong communication skills to present complex information to different audiences.
