This role reports to the Regional Manager and involves leading a team of cleaners at an OCS Group food packaging facility in Mascot.

To be successful, you'll require a minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field, enabling you to lead your team effectively. You'll possess excellent organisational and communication skills, allowing you to interact professionally with all levels of employees, management, and clients as well as perform hands-on cleaning work where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of services consistently meets contractual obligations to clients and divisional strategic objectives.
  • Implement services in accordance with customer specifications and company policies/procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments for corrective actions.
  • Manage staff performance according to company policies/procedures.
  • Be responsible for cleanliness of chemical storage areas, conducting stocktakes and other audit procedures as needed.
  • Order chemicals and consumables for staff use.
  • Maintain adherence to OH&S practices.

Essential Criteria

  • Hold a current National Police Clearance.
  • Demonstrate well-developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show intermediate computer skills.
  • Possess sound knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
