Aged Care Support Coordinator

About the Role
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for the effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functions. In addition, the Client Services Coordinator is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy whilst providing support and assistance to the General Manager Client Services in the development of operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with others in an engaging, empathetic, people-focused way demonstrating active listening
- Proven ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, negotiate and form relationships with people at all levels
- Demonstrated commitment to the objectives of the organisation and show considerable drive in achieving targets
Requirements
- A current Police Check and drivers' licence
