
Business Growth Opportunities Executive

This position offers the opportunity to leverage your business acumen and drive growth through identifying and securing new business opportunities.
As the primary contact for inbound leads, you will triage and manage all enquiries to maximise business outcomes.
We combine health expertise and technology to deliver evidence-based solutions that support our clients in managing their workforce and protecting their employees.
Key Responsibilities- Foster and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate new business or enhance current services for clients
- Triage new business opportunities to identify potential for growth
- Support tender bids by identifying opportunities that align with our business goals
- Transition new clients through our onboarding process
- Manage administration of client engagement and lead status
- Provide leadership and support to the team and stakeholders
- Travel may be required to fulfil the requirements of this role
- You have a proven track record of business development experience in Workplace Health and Safety or similar industries
- You are able to identify and analyse new business opportunities and apply your knowledge in a practical and commercial manner
- You are passionate about delivering high quality services and building strong relationships with clients
- You possess strong communication skills both verbally and written, with an adaptable and influential communication style
- You are a driven, supportive and community-minded individual who is committed to supporting our business and teams
- You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- You hold a relevant tertiary qualification and current driver's license
