We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at John Holland. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead large-scale residential projects, valued at $200m+, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Assign resources effectively, monitor workflow, and set project goals.
  • Liaise with construction managers to modify design in construction systems and methods as necessary.
  • Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones.
  • Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Risk management, compliance, and auditing are also key aspects of this role.
  • Stakeholder engagement and people management are crucial to achieving project targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • Diploma or Master's in Project Management and Certificate IV Safety.
  • Multiple project management experiences in residential projects.
  • Management of multidisciplinary projects and teams.
  • Contemporary practices in design and construction methodology.
  • Contractual, legal, commercial, industrial relations, and legislative compliance.
  • Advanced financial and commercial management.
  • Complex client relationship and stakeholder management.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
