The Role

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Workplace Ambassador to join our team at our Parramatta office. As a Workplace Ambassador, you will play a key role in strengthening the sense of community and connectivity within our office space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they're properly notified
  • Assist in managing vendors and services
  • Support financial processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct regular safety audits and assist with safety procedures
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain site cleanliness
  • Escort clients and contractors as needed
  • Assist with property risk management
  • Act as a first aider and/or emergency warden
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Follow escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols
  • Ensure compliance with JLL's guidelines, procedures, and strategies
  • Employ problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in property management, hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge
  • Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
  • Professional and friendly corporate image
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of occupational safety requirements preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibits honesty, trustworthiness, and strong organizational skills
