About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Partnerships & Growth Marketing Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands. They will possess strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing large-scale partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimisation across platforms.
  • Identify, develop, and negotiate new commercial and brand partnerships.
  • Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyse partner and affiliate performance, providing insights to optimise ROI and acquisition metrics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing large-scale partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking/reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance, track ROI, and optimise partner activity.
