You will be the primary strategic partner to the business leads, developing action plans on monthly results to drive improved financial performance. Your focus will be on driving commercial performance for leasing and commercialisation income across the portfolio.

Compliance and robust controls environment are essential in this role. You will ensure that approval processes are adhered to by the BU and support the delivery of bi-annual external reporting deliverables, providing insightful commentary and reviewing accuracy of information.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Previous business partnering experience with demonstratable examples of outputs driving improvements and performance in a business
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Budgeting and Forecasting experience
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management
