Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on training, coaching, and mentoring to drive individual and team growth.
  • Contribute to the management of inventory, finances, and resources, ensuring efficient use of assets and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
