Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of 25 staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives.
