We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high level of food quality.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Restaurant Manager or an experienced Supervisor looking to step up and take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting

  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
  • Confidence in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
