We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 25 and driving business growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
  • Lead a team of 25 and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with OHS and food safety regulations

Requirements
