About The Role

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves engaging with patrons, sharing your passion for our products, and creating special moments that will be remembered.

To succeed in this position, you will need to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment is also essential.

A Day In The Life Of A Gaming Attendant
  • Engage actively with guests by promoting our products and services
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety and RSA/RSG compliance
  • Complete machine payouts and handle cash transactions in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
About You
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Flexibility across the day, evenings, and weekends is required for this role
  • Current industry RSA and RSG qualifications are necessary for this position
