About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our site-based team in delivering excellence in quality care provision.

  • The successful candidate will have a mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, OR a Mental Health Social Worker, with eligibility for related registration.
  • A proven track record of leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team, including the ability to lead the coordination of care for people with complex needs is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff, process development and monitoring, data capture and reporting to meet key contractual benchmarks is required.
  • A current C class driver's license and eligibility to apply/currently hold a WWCC and NDIS worker screening are also necessary.
