Workplace Health Specialist

Our team delivers the highest standard in services for workplace health, injury management and safety. We provide support across personal injury and occupational health to help clients recover and function effectively.

About the Role
  • Apply clinical reasoning skills to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injury at work
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing
  • Perform assessments depending on area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans

Experience working across various industries is highly desirable.

What will make you successful
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA or ESSA as an EP)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology (provisional is fine) or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience highly desirable
