Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Trade Credit & Surety business unit as a Senior Claims Specialist.

About the Role
  • Process claims in a timely and compliant manner
  • Conduct all written and verbal communications with clients
  • Maintain a customer service focus when managing a difficult situation
  • Support the implementation of the Claims strategy
  • Maintain all files, systems and databases to ensure that they accurately represent the Claim Management process

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of claim assessments and provide clear recommendations for resolution
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims management
About You

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual who is commercially savvy and solution-focused. You will have expertise in insolvency or claims, preferably in a business claims environment, and be skilled in communication, attention to detail, organisation, analysis, and team collaboration.
