Senior Claims Specialist

The primary role of a Senior Claims Specialist involves the timely and fair assessment of claims.
- Claims are processed in an efficient and compliant manner
- Verbal and written communication with clients is conducted in a professional capacity
- A customer-centric approach is maintained when managing challenging situations
- Implementation of the Claims strategy is supported
- Files, systems and databases are accurately maintained to reflect the Claim Management process
- Team members are informed about competitor customer activity and market issues
A driven and motivated individual who possesses commercial acumen and is solution-focused.
- Experience in insolvency or claims management is preferred
- Business claims experience is highly regarded
- Dealing with brokers is viewed favourably
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Collaborative team player with high resilience
