Job Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Specialist to lead our accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of our general ledger, managing audits, and guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with month-end close procedures and possess a deep understanding of GAAP, fund accounting, and financial reporting.

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close processes
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and reports
  • Coordinate audits and tax filings with external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
  • Manage accounting staff and support professional development
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and operations teams for strategic financial insights

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably CPA certified, and 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in asset or investment management.
