Operational Accounting Leadership Role

This senior finance position bridges accounting and operations, offering a high-impact opportunity for a leader who excels in cross-functional environments and enjoys tackling complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational accounting processes, including financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and management of financial data
  • Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
  • Manage a team of Accounting Managers and guide the broader accounting operations team
  • Serve as a key liaison between the accounting function and field operations across multiple business units

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience, a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and operational accounting, and proven leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting & finance experience, with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and operational accounting
