About the Role

Serco is a dynamic organization that offers a supportive culture and trusted leadership. As the MyCred Manager in the Community Services, Health Hub team, you will play a vital role in contributing to our Health Business by coordinating and managing the MyCred system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the MyCred team to ensure contract deliverables.
  • Coordinate onboarding and optimize MyCred usage for new and existing contracts.
  • Provide leadership, support, and development for your team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Lead improvements and testing of MyCred system functionalities.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the Health Business.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and risk management processes are in place.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in operationalizing usage of similar platforms.
  • Experience in defining business requirements for further development.
  • Ability to customize solutions to fit specific customer and business objectives.
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams.
  • Familiarity with credentialing, compliance, and data management systems.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different levels.
  • An innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
