As the MyCred Manager in the Community Services, Health Hub team, you will play a vital role in contributing to our Health Business by coordinating and managing the MyCred system, ensuring seamless credentialing and compliance for our healthcare services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the MyCred team to ensure contract deliverables.
- Coordinating onboarding and optimising MyCred usage for new and existing contracts.
- Providing leadership, support, and development for your team.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure system efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Leading improvements and testing of MyCred system functionalities.
- Contributing to the strategic development of the Health Business.
- Ensuring data integrity, quality assurance and risk management processes are in place.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Demonstrated experience in operationalising usage of similar platforms.
- Experience in defining business requirements for further development.
- Ability to customise solutions to fit specific customer and business objectives.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams.
- Familiarity with credentialing, compliance, and data management systems.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different levels.
- An innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
