About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support our sales team in developing business opportunities. This role involves creating and sending client proposals, managing our proposal system, and working closely with different teams across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Writing and formatting client proposals that clearly articulate our services
  • Working with templates to improve the way we present information
  • Managing and updating our proposal system
  • Using HubSpot to connect proposals with our sales pipeline
  • Tailoring proposals to suit each client, working closely with our Sales Director
  • Supporting the Sales and Revenue Operations team with general administrative tasks

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experts in business development and operations while gaining real-world experience.

You will be enrolled in a 12-18 month Certificate IV in Business or similar as part of this role. Upon successful completion, you may have the opportunity to move into a permanent role within our organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and spoken English and an eye for detail
  • A love of clear, professional communication
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and other digital tools
  • Organised, reliable and proactive
  • Open to feedback and learning new tools like HubSpot
