About the Role

We offer quality early learning programs, as well as accredited Kindergarten and Preschool programs across Australia. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children.

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
  • Lead a classroom effectively by engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.
  • Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education program and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Ability to support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
