Support Worker Opportunity

Trusted Home Disability Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Nowra area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Worker who is passionate about empowering people with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients with complex mental health and clinical needs in various aspects of daily life, including personal care, medication administration, mealtime management, domestic duties, mobility assistance, and community participation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or above in Disability
  • At least 1-year experience in the industry
  • Experience with challenging behaviours
  • Effective written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Adhering to privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures
