Offender Rehabilitation Officer

As an Offender Rehabilitation Officer, you will work collaboratively with individuals under supervision to develop and implement rehabilitative strategies, monitor progress toward goals, and conduct home visits to ensure compliance with conditions.

You will be trained to case manage people subject to community-based orders, including Parole Orders, Intensive Corrections Orders, and Community Corrections Orders. Additionally, you will work with people in custody to prepare them for reintegration into the community upon their release on parole.
