About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including order preparation, packaging, and despatch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to OH&S and industry regulations.
  • Operate a forklift and other equipment as required, ensuring safe and efficient use.
  • Process invoices and other related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and activities as required to support the team.
Requirements
  • Hold a forklift license (desirable) and LO/LF license.
  • Experience with RF scanners and pallet jack operation.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock control, despatch, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
