Job Overview

The Operation Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and productive work environment. This position requires a candidate with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  2. Develop and implement efficient office systems and procedures to enhance productivity.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  5. Facilitate effective communication within the office and between different departments.
  6. Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  7. Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining a safe and clean office environment.
  9. Develop and implement emergency procedures and protocols.
  10. Provide administrative support to various teams as needed.
  11. Customer PO Data entry.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in an administrative/operation role.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Mandarin speakers are preferred.
  8. Possess strong stress management skills.
