Digital Transformation Customer Experience Specialist

This role is responsible for designing, building and optimising personalised, multi-channel customer journeys that transform how we communicate with our customers.
You'll partner cross-functionally to capture requirements, identify pain points and design optimised campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design and build complex multi-channel customer journeys, including decision splits, A/B testing, reporting and optimisation.
- Host stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions to shape journey backlogs and explore new initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns – from design and build through to reporting and insights.
- Support governance and testing programs to ensure accuracy, compliance and best practice in customer communications.
Key skills include strong communication and consulting skills, 5+ years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey design, build and optimisation, and technical capability with tools such as SQL, Data Design, AMPscript, HTML/CSS or related platforms.
