Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our existing customer base, driving growth plans for Australian and New Zealand firms, and enabling expansion through a diverse range of solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of relationship-style account management, with experience in CRM/account management, sales, and customer-centric roles. You will be able to work independently, make quick decisions, and provide proactive solutions to complex problems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND DRIVE GROWTH PLANS
  • LEVERAGE INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES
  • DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, UPSELL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND EXPLORE STAFFING OPPORTUNITIES IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS
  • RETAIN CLIENTS AND ACHIEVE HIGH REPLACEMENT RATES FOR CLIENTS WITH STAFF RESIGNATIONS

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • EXPERIENCE IN RELATIONSHIP-STYLE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF ACHIEVING GOALS
  • CRM/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: 3 TO 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
  • SALES AND CUSTOMER-CENTRIC SKILLS, INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO GENERATE SALES AMONG CLIENT ACCOUNTS, INCLUDING UPSSELLING AND CROSS-SELLING
  • PROACTIVE SOLUTIONS AND INNOVATIVE THINKING, WITH HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE ABILITY TO MEET DEADLINES IN A DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT
