Unlock the potential of a sustainable future as we seek an experienced Business Development Manager in Victoria to drive demand for our integrated technology solutions.

We are expanding and looking for someone with a proven track record of sales experience in the renewable energy and electrical industries. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong business relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and nurturing new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our revenue and close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key industry players, including Asset Owners, EPCs, Electrical Contractors, Specifiers, Consulting Engineers, Utilities, and Renewable Energy Developers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Projects, Services, PQ, Operations, Digital, and Technology, to drive complete solution sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the renewable energy, electrical contracting, EPC or power control system integration industry.
  • Strategic understanding of demand creation, opportunity management, and market development.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and construction documents.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
  • High level of computer literacy and ability to work with IT networking and electrical principles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a Nationally Accredited Course.
  • Experience in renewable energy sales or as an electrician is highly desirable.
