We're seeking an experienced Tax Accountant who enjoys variety, values relationships, and thrives in a collaborative environment.About the RoleYou'll work with a diverse portfolio of SME clients, preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS, while also advising on tax, structuring, and business matters.
You'll have the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio, mentor junior accountants, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.About YouCA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in public practiceStrong technical knowledge and confidence to work both independently and as part of a teamSkilled at managing workflows and meeting deadlinesComfortable delegating tasks and mentoring less experienced team membersExcellent client relationship skills with the ability to explain complex matters clearlyExperience with QBCC and/or Xero (preferred but not essential)Enjoys a friendly, team-oriented workplace and brings initiative – plus a sense of humour never hurts
