The Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Gold Coast. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance to site food safety and quality systems, driving improvement initiatives, and leading the Food Safety Culture Program.

To be successful in this role, you will need to influence and drive a positive food safety and quality culture through education of teams across the site. This will involve coaching and mentoring QA officers and identifying training and development needs for your team and the wider organisation.

Requirements

- Relevant industry experience ideally meat or similar (3-5 years)

- Knowledge of AUSMEAT, Export, GFSI, and HACCP protocols

- Strong understanding of systems implementation and leadership capabilities with ability to influence all levels of the business from floor to managers
