Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA HCM solution architecture across functional, technical, integration, and data domains.
- Ensure architectural solutions align with enterprise architecture frameworks, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business process requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Oversee solution integrity across data migration, integration strategies, and cloud platforms.
- Manage technical design reviews, facilitate workshops, and ensure vendor solution alignment.
- Produce architectural artefacts, including solution designs, roadmaps, and governance documentation.
- Provide expert guidance on best practice ERP implementation methodologies and ensure future-ready system design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on S/4HANA HCM, Payroll, Time, and Leave modules.
- Proven experience designing and delivering SAP HCM solutions in large, complex ERP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP, integration technologies, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Expertise in data migration strategies, extensibility frameworks, and clean core principles.
- Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders to drive solution alignment.
