Job Description:
SAP Solution Architects play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA HCM and Payroll solution architecture.
As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development of scalable solution designs that align with business process requirements and ensure seamless integration across data migration, integration strategies, and cloud platforms.
With 10+ years of SAP experience, you will have a strong understanding of SAP BTP, integration technologies, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and be able to drive solution alignment with technical and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent facilitation and communication skills, enabling them to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Lead Solution Architecture
: Develop and deliver SAP S/4HANA HCM and Payroll solution architecture.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business process requirements into actionable solution designs.
Ensure Solution Integrity
: Oversee solution integrity across data migration, integration strategies, and cloud platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A successful SAP Solution Architect will have the following skills and qualifications:
10+ Years of SAP Experience
: Proven experience working on SAP HCM solutions in large, complex ERP transformation programs.
Strong Technical Expertise
: In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP, integration technologies, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Excellent Communication Skills
: Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities
: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving solution alignment.
