Job Opportunity:

 

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect to play a key role in the architecture, design, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, and related SAP HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors architecture roles, with proven design expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, SAP ERP, and SAP BTP.

You will be responsible for designing the technical architecture for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Time, Recruitment) and SAP ECP, ensuring optimal integration between SAP modules, BTP, Azure Data Hub, and legacy systems.

You will also define configuration boundaries and recommend best practices for extensibility using SAP BTP, support interface development and data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP, lead technical reviews of configuration workbooks, integration mapping, and security models, and act as a liaison with SAP, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the technical architecture for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Time, Recruitment) and SAP ECP.
  • Ensure optimal integration between SAP modules, BTP, Azure Data Hub, and legacy systems.
  • Define configuration boundaries and recommend best practices for extensibility using SAP BTP.
  • Support interface development and data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP.
  • Lead technical reviews of configuration workbooks, integration mapping, and security models.
  • Act as a liaison with SAP, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide architectural assurance and risk management guidance to governance forums.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years' experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors architecture roles.
  • Proven design expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, SAP ERP, and SAP BTP.
  • Strong knowledge of OData APIs, SAP BTP, and integration strategies.
  • Understanding of Australian payroll, awards, and enterprise agreements (desired).
