Aspirante is working with a local government department to assist in their search for an experienced
SAP HCM Solution Architect
to play a key role in the architecture, design, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, and related SAP HCM solutions. This role is critical in ensuring SAP cloud applications and components are correctly implemented, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Contract details: 12 month contract, possible extension.
Up to $1207 per day.
Hybrid setup, Brisbane CBD office location.
Key Responsibilities
Design the technical architecture for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Time, Recruitment) and SAP ECP.
Ensure optimal integration between SAP modules, BTP, Azure Data Hub, and legacy systems.
Define configuration boundaries and recommend best practices for extensibility using SAP BTP.
Support interface development and data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP.
Lead technical reviews of configuration workbooks, integration mapping, and security models.
Act as a liaison with SAP, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.
Provide architectural assurance and risk management guidance to governance forums.
Skills and Experience
10+ years' experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors architecture roles.
Proven design expertise with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECP, SAP ERP, and SAP BTP.
Strong knowledge of OData APIs, SAP BTP, and integration strategies.
Understanding of Australian payroll, awards, and enterprise agreements (desirable, not essential).
