About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at EP Healthcare. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the Brisbane region, focusing on the sales of our highly regarded Neurosurgical instruments to surgeons and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and hospital stakeholders
  • Provide product training and support to customers, including presentations and trials
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in neurosurgery
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tertiary qualifications in a scientific or allied health field, preferably in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or marketing
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
